Over the years, our conversations with customers, partners, and now a global community of over 700,000 engineers have deeply shaped the platform we build and the ideas we believe in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, we\u2019re unveiling a clear vision of SimScale\u2019s mission &#8211; one that better reflects how we\u2019re helping our customers advance their engineering innovation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll see us talk about <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simscale.com\/engineer-the-irreplaceable\/\">Engineer the Irreplaceable<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; and I wanted to take a moment to explain what that phrase means to me, why we chose it, and why it captures something very real about what our customers are doing every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video height=\"450\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 800 \/ 450;\" width=\"800\" autoplay controls muted src=\"https:\/\/frontend-assets.simscale.com\/media\/2025\/06\/eti800.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I started SimScale with my co-founders, our vision was simple: <strong>simulation should not be a bottleneck to innovation. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Too many engineers were stuck waiting! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waiting for software licenses, waiting for compute capacity, waiting for simulation runs to finish, waiting for IT to support them&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, the pressure to innovate &#8211; and innovate faster &#8211; was only increasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the time, cloud-native simulation was still a radical idea. Today, it\u2019s becoming the norm.<br>But what I see again and again from the engineers we work with is that they are building products that truly matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products that aren\u2019t just good. They are irreplaceable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The wind turbine blades that need to operate flawlessly in extreme conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The medical devices that patients and doctors rely on every day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The new forms of mobility that will define the next generation of transportation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The complex machinery that powers entire industries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And behind every one of these products is an engineering team that faces huge complexity, shrinking timelines, and relentless market pressure \u2014 and yet still pushes the boundaries of what\u2019s possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we developed our new vision, we didn\u2019t invent it in a closed room.<br>We distilled it from the real words, ideas, and spirit we hear from our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A leader at one of our automotive customers put it perfectly during this process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The things we build cannot fail. They have to perform \u2014 every time.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s what it means to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simscale.com\/engineer-the-irreplaceable\/\">Engineer the Irreplaceable<\/a><\/strong>.<br>And for me, this is what SimScale\u2019s mission is about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We talk a lot about <strong>Physics AI<\/strong> and <strong>Engineering AI<\/strong>. And yes, the technology is exciting \u2014 in many ways, we\u2019re just beginning to see what AI will enable for engineering teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But in the end, it\u2019s not about AI. It\u2019s about the products engineers create with it.<br>It\u2019s about giving teams back <strong>time and capability<\/strong>, so they can engineer more freely, explore more boldly, and deliver designs that truly stand the test of time. It&#8217;s about amplifying the impact of <strong>human<\/strong> engineering expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think a lot about the phrase \u201cswitching time from an enemy to an advantage.\u201d<br>This is exactly what so many of our customers are trying to do. They\u2019re under incredible pressure, but are also full of ideas. The role of SimScale is to enable them to move faster without compromising quality, without compromising insight, and without compromising what makes their work meaningful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So why share this today? Because this new SimScale story is not just marketing language.<br>It\u2019s the result of years of building with you &#8211; our customers and community.<br>And it\u2019s the idea that will guide us as we continue to evolve SimScale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are here to help every engineering team &#8211; from the world\u2019s biggest enterprises to the most ambitious startups &#8211; <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.simscale.com\/engineer-the-irreplaceable\/\">Engineer the Irreplaceable<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not every product needs to be beautiful.
